Just because it's halloweenie

I never noticed that happened around halloween more than just in general... perhaps it is the sugar overload from all the candy.

Well, life for me HAS got interesting, just around now, and a year ago I was very depressed thinking that it would NEVER improve.
So, thank you for your advice, Mr. Shank.

I never noticed it either. I noticed it is a lot near Christmas as well though =/ . Which confuses me because Christmas is supposed to be a happy time! As is Halloween though. But yeah, good call.
