Am I Paranoid?

Why do I always think that no one likes me? I constantly put myself down, have no self confidence. The few friends I ever make, I always seem to drive away! What is wrong with me? HELP..

so, i'm not the only one. me: i try to make friends but i'm so desperate that i push them away. i make mistakes and i know that everyone does, but i always think "why me?" or "i'm so stupid". self confidence is not on my vocabulary. i say there's nothing wrong with you. i like you, you don't push me away. you're not paranoid.

how can i help you? i don't know... eric's said it. i'm always here if you need to talk. but honestly, i myself hate when people take pity on me and think that i need help. so what can i do? to make you feel better?

i think its a dillusion-paranoia is a psychosis that
inhibits reasoning. The fact that you are asking
a perfectly normal question, leads me to Erics
advice-rethink yourself and identify what exactly
makes you scared. Is it a phobia?someone pressure you to do something you dont want to?
I find poetry is currently helping me with a similar
if not more similar "things"-little by little or tiny
words to big words-you will define the problem
eventually-fear is an attribute, use it wisely.

its a common feeling on this site i think, the people that i know that write post on a site like this where they dont really know the people so they dont get put down. i know thats why im here, im sick of being degraded because some popular kid doesnt like me and naturally neither does anyone else, then my friends turn... it happens constantly

oh so i forgot to say,,, its not just you, your not paranoid, unless everyone else is too
