Hey I need help

Ok my boyfriend broke up with me last week because of a letter i wrote to my friend, and it said i was really angry and sad that he was hugging and hanging out with my enemies, and then he broke up with me, and he asked out one of my enemys, i still really love him, and he told my friend he wants to apologize to be but hes afraid, does anyone have like a poem i could make that says something about how sorry i am and how much i love him still ?
