Im new to poetry, and would like advise and help....

My favorite poem "A forest in an eye, broken soul, afraid of glue" is well still one of my first poems ever, and im well very new to this field...im usually in the math area...so if you could give me some pointers and tell me what you honestly think, i would really like it
