confused

ive been confused for a while now. the one im wit decide he wantd brake. i ask him why? he sed he didnt want a relationship now. its his senior yr n want to spend it wit his friends sice he wont see them next yr. but i didnt get it they always hang out n stuff hardly wit me. but every nite he calls me n says he loves me n misses me.( then why doesnt he just be wit me) how can u love someone but dont want to be wit them? what do i do?

It is confusing, yes. But it is his senior year and maybe he just wants to concentrate on his school and his friends before they all go their seperate ways. A girlfriend might be adding stress to him, and if he says he loves and misses you then give him time and if it is true he'll come back to you.
