Horrible Boss!

ok this is probably just me
but i think you should respect people
right? and usually when you respect people
you automatically think that you should be respected back

well my boss has no respect for ANY of us new
workers, seriously.
i understand that a boss goes through a lot
of crap and all that
but come on, she will walk in
and look at you like wth are you looking at
or why arent you doing this and you're doing
that wrong and don't talk to me like you
know how to do this

im like okay? sorry?

i know it sounds so childish but
its starting to add up and get
really annoying and is kinda pissing me off.

and not to mention she tells all the "older"
workers (the people that have been there
longer)
all the things that she doesnt like
about the newer workers and what they're doing wrong
and why she cant stand us or whatever

im just mad because i think in a professional setting
maybe she should try to be um PROFESSIONAL?!

anyway, im thinking about quitting but i dont know i would just like to get some other peoples opinions
because i just dont think its right to treat
people like that ecspecially if you are a boss.

Well your boss is a selfish biotch. I`m taking Career Exploration and we were told some people are like this but our teacher says theres just some people who have no self respect for others! Theres nothing you really can do!

The good thing is, that you're young. This isn't like it's a career that you're stuck in for the rest of your life. You do not have to put up with this stress, it's not worth it. Focus on school, but get a job that's fun for you or at least something that you can look forward to doing and enjoy. You have the rest of your life to work, don't make it your priority right now. Know what I mean?
If she's being disrespectful maybe you should say something to somebody. Like your parent or legal guardian. Maybe they know about something that you can do that you don't know about. But don't be quiet about it and do't accept it. No boss has the right to treat their employees like that.
