Ok about two years ago i slept with my mates brother, we had a mean connection, but left it because of his sister.
Three years later, we still have these extreme feelings. We've been sleeping together again and want to be with him!!

Can i, should i let it happen? Or should ignore the feelings to keep his sister happy?

I'd talk to him first, see if this has the potential to be something real, if yes, both of you talk to your mate together and make her see how happy you both are.

if you have that strong of feelings talk to both of them.. friends make compromises. she should be able to accept you dating her brother.
