yeah i agree wtih the above, don't overwhelm her. maybe do one sweet thing, like dropping the picture or poem in her bag, then ask her out. i'm not sure, are you really ready to ask her out now? maybe you should be more sure that she is interested first. spend some time together. plus, you don't want her to think all you have to offer is gifts, you've got to offer your great personality too! so be yourself and enjoy the blossoming of new love (i hope!)

Rose and a poem and a teddy??? ummmm slightly to corny for me. Just be yourself, ask her if she'd like to hang out and maybe catch a movie or a meal with you sometime. Just be genuine and open and you, I'm sure she'll love you for it and it could be the start of something beautiful :o)

I haven't read every single post, but I have seen a lot suggesting poems and flowers and such.

Personally, I think that's way too over the top to just ask her out. Just ASK her. Save the romantic stuff for later, if you two get into an actual relationship.
