I have a terrible guilt/conscience problem. I can't even say things to people that hurt me, incase i hurt them, even if it is just telling them they are hurting me. I know that may not make sense, but it's complicated.

It was mostly because I really hated her.
I technically still do, but I feel sad that I did that.

I have, and it was the most awful, low-down, horrible thing I have ever done. Definately not me at all to do something like I did, but I did it out of anger and I regret it more than anything.
