should i buck up and stay his friend, or work to be more?

me and my boyfriend just broke up yesterday but we both feel as if we both have recieved a new best friend. anyway i love him so much and i want him back. so should i buck up and just stay his friend or try and make him want me back?

Maybe this is a new chance to take it slow and get to know each other as friends. Who knows where your life will lead you guys down the road.
