racism

It makes me mad too. But the thing is, no matter what you do, there is always going to be racism, it doesn't help that white people get clamped down for being racist yet others don't. It doesn't seem fair but y'know what... life isn't fair.
    i just ignore it now.

I agree with you. People preach about love and yet they don't show it to other races. It's one thing to not condone another person's beliefs, but you don't have to hate them for it.

it is wrong to judge people because of the racial differnences. but think

have you ever had some one new come into your life, and you judge them before you know them...

you may say no but chances are slim to non.. sence we are in elementry... it is like human nature in a way.

anothere example is you hearing a rumour and judging that person off of that rumour. who nos if it is true. yet people do it daily.

it isn't direct rasism, sexism, relionism, ect. but it is still the same thing.

Unfortunately people have always and will always be afriad of what they fail to understand or that which is different...it sucks and is so shallow i todays society I thought as a race by this stage we have come along alot further in that aspect as well...

I agree with Terra, as well. We do it all of the time, and yet we're so against all of these things, such as rascism, sexism, etc. But I also agree with the above^ post. I think we are progressing in the fight against racism.

    ya! i am agreed with

well yes we as 'the younger' generation have come along ways. but even today my dad is sorta physco about all this stuff... and you see in alot of young boys who have racist fathers are also very racist.

as a society we have come along ways, but no matter how hard we try, and what we do, there will always be racism.. sexisim... agism... ect in this worlds.

sometimes i wish the world was blind.why does it matter so much what people look like on the outside, your 'other half' could be out there but because he looks different from you, you may never know!
i am fortunate, i grew up in a family that although it is mainly white, there is black, native american, mexican, and who knows what else.people are too ignorant for there own good!look around, who can honestly say they are purely one race?

Hatred is in some peoples nature... they love to hate... If we were all blind then the same people would go for other peoples scent/smell/how heavy they breathe etc... It isn't right but unfortunately it is the way some people are.. Only happy if they are making others miserable

    Okay..

I'm going to point out that I'm not all that for racism. But my daddy is. But it doesn't affect him about my thoughs because he really doesn't keep in contact with me. Let's put it this way. He hates blacks. He will not let me date, be friends or even talk to them.

But I do. I've dated a black boy that was a day younger then me. o_O lol I know. Woah!. But does it matter? No!. I've dated someone that was half black and half white. Does that matter? No!. They are just the same people with the mind and body as us whites, just different skin color.

I think that the reason people judge us as a racists is because they're a BIG and I mean big number of us whites that are racists. And not many other people of different skin color are.

    Thats just my view.

I think people are so afraid of what out there that

they hide their fears behind prejudice. They are

afraid to accept people for who they are, or make

excuses not to socialise with them. I love all of

gods creations, I just wish everyone else did

aswell. We as people could make this planet to be

a perfect place, a Eutopia, but we choose not to.

To those who are racist, all you are doing is hurting

your brother or your sister, so please accept

people for who who they are whatever skin type,

whatever sex, whatever orientation, whatever size,

whatever religion, it doesn't matter what's on the

outside, its the 21st century for cryin' out loud, its

about time we all got along!

    ♥!peace out!♥

PS If we all matched up to the "correct standards"

of prejudice people we would all be walking grey

clones, we'd speak no words, hear no sounds, see

    nothing, we wouldn't be human...
