    it is only a matter of days... the habit however takes years... I know someone who gave up smoking 15yrs ago and she still craves for a cigarette.. not the drugs in them but just out of habit, whenever she has a drink she wants to smoke... willpower is an amazing power if you have it ;]

    I quit smoking years ago, the worst of it was gone within a week or so ,the psychological habit takes a little longer, you can do it though, don`t give up .It lessens every day!

    yer i have heard that it only takes a few days for the effects to wear off. so i hope it all goes well.

    you have made the right choice to quit. i have never smoked and i will never smoke. too expensive and really bad for your health.
