    You haven't registered in the right time area, and since about 2004 there's been a problem with EVERYBODY putting their picture up. So you can't until one of the administrators fixes it.

    Also, try resizing it. Make it a lot smaller...It may fit. It worked for me...And I've only been here since 2005.
