Valentines Day....

Who here doesn't exactly like Valentine's Day??

because I don't...I hope I'm not the only one!!

It was valentines day here yesterday, & i was so bitter all day.
I hated it this year because my fiancee & i broke up mid jan.
Maybe next year will be good lol.

It's just....Valentine's Day.
It celebrates love.

What about the single people??
They don't have a singles day.

and the whole day at school we have to watch people make out and stuff by their lockers and get carnations and boxes of chocolate

It's depressing.

I just sent my 2 best friends a rose each, Mind you $28 later for 2 single red roses!!

I hate this day day too even though it's also my birthday. . .

I have hated Valentine's Day all my life. In the last few years I have hated it even more, as at school we can buy these fake roses to give to people and I have never got one. Also this year the day before V Day I sent a letter to the guy I like asking him out. So I am waiting on his answer. I will be dreading school every day i his answer is no, as I will see him every day there.

WHY don't you make FUN out of it? I mean it's not like it's impossible, you could easily have fun making stuff for your other single friends too. And since when was being single the worst thing in the world?
Instead of moping around on Valentines Day because it's all so commerical and for people in love, you could MAKE it fun with your friends and family. Don't use it as an excuse to be depressed, make it a reason to have fun. Mmmmmk?
