ok, so when i went to france, the family got someone to come in and do henna. i got on both sides of one of my hands and in the palm of my other hand. they made me keep it on for like 12 hours (i had to sleep with plastic bags on my hands), and when i finally rinsed the mud off, half of it was all smudged! |

Well, Henna is indeed a very strong substance, are you sure you left it on for the required time? It shouldn't have smudged if you did. Anyway, it takes almost 2 weeks for Henna to fully disappear; the only way to make it lighter is to wash your hands more frequently. |

Yeah washing your hands will help it. |

Mmmm I love henna. Well, I only had one little thing done on my shoulder one year when me and my friends went out of town, but I love it and would definately do it again. But waiting for it to dry definately is annoying. You probubly just shifted in your sleep or something. Don't worry, I'm sure that it's not too bad. |

haha so its been about a week now since i got the henna, and its still basically the same. unfortunately, the part i really liked is barely there, but the rest is still orange:P oh, im sure its gone down a bit, but still...and youd think that the stuff in the palm of your hand would wear away sooner than the stuff on the back of your hand! |
