Asking for help here is the first step, then get rid of all your so called Good Friends Ones that offer,deal or use. You can't quit by being in its presence. Find a Narcotics Anonymous Group, they have gone through what your feeling now. If you want to stop you can .Pray,Pray, Pray. I'm having that same type of problem right now. I just started back on pills for the first time in a long time. I started pills to come down off ICE a long time ago but I had stopped. Now i've started again because of stress and other things and it just makes me feel so much better. I don't have much advice but if you get something that helps you will you let me know please?

I was a drug addict for a really long time and if you want it bad enough, you'll stop.

But if you want to stop really bad, and you really can't, get help. Tell your parents, tell a teacher, tell a police officer even.

No one will be angry with you for doing drugs if you ask for help. Maybe some disappointment, but it's nothing to be ashamed of.

Probably every rockstar and movie star you like has needed help to get off drugs.

Go to a therepist or your docotor ESPECIALLY UR PARENTS and tell them right away. I've known people who've died from cocaine.

I did a lot of Ecstasy last Fall. Over 70 pills in 8 days.

It is not good, I still have flashbacks. My memory is not what it used to be. I still have cravings. Its been months.

If you keep it up, who knows what might happen.

Best thing to do is to get caught. Its the most casual way of quitting. Or seek help from a trained adult. Dont let it go untreated. Its dangerous.
