World peace

I'm on a roll

Look when people say wolrd peace, do people really mean they want everyone to do it their way so we all get along or really do they expect people not to argue about different ideas. . .

This just struck me reading in another post somewhere, that people link world peace and democracy. . . well wouldnt that rather suggest that some of the more powerful nations (naming no names) would rather have everyone have a democracy to have world peace. .

I just thought that say if it was decided that er. . . capatalism was a better route, would you be happy to change in order to gain world peace. . .

Really just a random thought. . .And really doesn't have any basis on real life or my views. . .

world peace does not mean that everyone have the same sort of government or economy.

mmm . . it just does come out in alot of conversations about world peace. . . especially people from the US. . .but that probably because there are more people from the US on the sites. . .

peace can only truly happen if we learn to accpet certain differences. If people try to make other people just like them, then there will never be peace. However, that does not mean that you learn to accept a mass murderer just because he has differences.
