Withdrawal... from hockey

Ok, i used to play hockey. My dad and me, we hate eachother, so whatever he likes, i hate. Well, he made me play hockey, and i wanted to play hockey and i pretended i didn't just in spite of the fact that he liked it. I played for 9 years and then i quit 1 year ago.
Now, i miss it soooo bad. Me and my dad still hate eachother, and i don't want to tell him that i really miss hockey and want to play it again because it will prove him right, and if i don't i think i will go crazzy because i NEED to play and skate, and it has become a need that i haven't fulfilled in a year. What in the world do i do???? I have been going over it, and i want to play but i fear my parents actually being right.... i know it sounds weird but it is actually a problem....

Just because you don't like your dad isn't a reason you should give up something you love. Maybe you should just swallow your pride for a moment, and go get that hockey stick ;)

yea, but it is sooooo hard... especially when prnt/tchr conferences are tonight AHHH!!!!!!!!
