I just said crawfish is a crustation...if that's how you spell it..if you're not cajun..or have never been to louisiana or to any of the border states near louisiana..doesn't suprise me that you've never heard of it. Take a trip to louisiana...eat crawfish...like the crawfish...trust me..we don't eat all road kill. Lol. But you should also try boudin |

I love seafood period. I had my first crawfish at this one restaurant that's a few blocks down from a jewelry store and it's like a outside buffet. I forgot the name, but man it was soooo good. That was like 3 years ago in New Orleans with my aunt and uncle. It's got all you can eat seafood deal I think. |

My aunt and uncle tricked me into eating alligator or crocodile meat once. It tasted like chicken, but the thought that I ate it was disgusting. Man, I ate a lizard! |

Oh yay! Well, last summer I could have gone with my aunt ito New Orleans because she was taking her son David to the casino down there, but school already started and plus, I was too young to gamble. I can't wait til I can visit New Orleans again. Last time I visited, we had to walk all over town because the streets were like filled with people and we didn't want to run anyone over. But it was good exercise. lol :) |

Man, before the hurricane, I don't know about it now, but everywhere in New Orleans, you turn your head you see people having a party. Sigh... Oh, and I saw a ghost in my hotel room there. The main reason we went to NO was because my aunt wanted to visit this really famous witch. Marie or something like that and something about what she does. Voo doo. I swore I saw her ghost!! We saw her tomb too. The tour guide said something about hearing her cry for help... Totes freaked me out. |

Yeah..New Olreans is known for all that voodoo crap but I don't believe in it. I only believe in traitors and traiters. (treaters) They're holy people who you can go to that will treat your illness. |
