Sometimes there's not always a specific category for what you have to say...So you put it in a relating topic category.
Would you rather people not express what there feeling and bottle it all up.
Or would you rather indulge them, give them the advice they seek, and over all help them.

Really it all depends, parts of what Bob said are true, but some of it can be sub catagories. If someone was going to say something like that add in a part that we can help on.
