well ur not obligated to give ur baby his last name if u odnt choose to thats ur decision.If he tries to get custody of the baby just to b a assshiole u can state why u dont wnat him round ur child tahst hes violent and abusive and bring with u someone who has witnessed his actions.In most cases unless ur unfit which im postive ur not the favors are always in the mothres way.If nething and he hapsn to get visitaions its ur child ur raising her and he hasnt been involved at all so u can get surpervised visits if he fels the need to b involved.Despite his actions twoards u he should still b told his daughter is born and whether she is healthy he might b a asshole but thast still ur childs father and if he wanst the chance to b involved itd b wrong to deprive tehm both of that now if he chooses he rather not even know or care to se her tahs different.U dont wnat ur daughter to grow and know the raeson she neevr met her dad was cause u forbidded it as she gets older she will eventaully decide what she wants.just caus eu hate him doenst mean ur child needs to pay it might turn out the way he was towrads u wont b teh way hes tword his child.kids bring out th ebest in the worst of ppl there just gifts from god tehy change ur life 4ever atelast giver her father that chance to expereince teh angel u both made at one point.good luck

well like i mentioned earlier since he has dispalyed viloent tendencies towrds u if he pushes and does in fact see thngs diff once shes born which does happen due to teh impact of seeing a child born and knowing hlf of u lives in them u can have surpurveised visits since thers a concern 4 the babys wekk being.Hopefully tho eiethr he jsut lets things b or he is good to her eitehr way u should make him contribute to ur child as in expaple child support raising a child is not easy nor is it cheap and u can make him help finacailly since its takes 2 to make a child.
