What do you think of yourself...

I thought everyone in this forum should take a diffrent look at themselves...so... try to write down one good thing about yourself that you like and or can be proud of or anything like that...and you'll see that you're special and life's not so bad...I admit I have to do this too because I dislike myself very much so even though I know I shouldn't.

Well.....lets see....i'm an outgoing person...can't hide that and i get along with just about everyone.

I just wanted to say that this is a really good idea and a good way of making people feel better about themselves. Really good idea. I don't really have much to say about myself but it's still a great idea. lol

I think I could use some work. I think I have plenty to learn, and I'll never think otherwise.

I honestly can't think of anything good about myself.

About myself I like the way I can mask my feelings and emotions. I'm very hard to read which makes me a half way decent poker player ;)

Right now i feel useless, worthless, nothing but a slave, unloved, a disappointment, the usual. but one think i like about myself is that i have no cuts on my arms 5 weeks people. 5 weeks that so amazing for me.

Hey. I know how hard it can be not to cut so I just wanted to say congratulations and I hope you can keep away from it. Also wanted to say thanks to Fading Away. You seem like an amazing person and saying nice things about people who couldn't say it themselves is a really nice and selfless thing to do.

Well im told alot of good things, but i mostly see the bad things.
my mom said me caring too much was a bad thing sometimes.

Erm, my friends talk to me about their problems so i guess i give good advice/ am a good listener =)
Oh and i just aced my chemistry module so i'm kinda clever- in a v good mood atm!

I always put others before myself, some people say thats a bad thing but i see it as a good thing :)

Firstly, great topic! This is really the kinda thing that these boards need, and it's something I've been advised to do.

Second, Well Done! to people who did well in tests, and haven't cut, and all the other awsome stuff I know you guys are capable of.

Okay, em, now the hard bit. A good thing about me is... I passed part of my Marketing module. It's only a little bit, and issues keep getting in the way of my Uni work, but I did enough work for that test, so yeah... I can still feel good about that.

Agree With everyone... this is indeedly a good topic.

It's nice to make people think on the posative side rather than the negative.

Anywayz a good thing about me is that i hate to see people upset and so i will do anything in my power to help friends and loved ones feel better =] even if i do sometimes forget about myself =S

I'm always there when friends need me & I'm very understanding towards others.

I am actually an ok diver

I'm my friends "go to" person.
Everyone trusts me & I Help out.
But sometimes its bad because they don't repay the favor :]]

I am good at giving people advise

people know they can tell me stuff without me telling anyone

i am good at keeping my cool and not getting mad

I'm a good listener, i can sing pretty good and i succeeded in not cutting myself for 3 whole years now....

It's what my brother in law said to me;

"When you smile, i feel like i've earned it cos your one of those people where when it's a real smile, it reaches your eyes. It's nice"

I thought that was so sweet. Thats what i like about me!

Hmm.. one good thing about myself huh? I'd say that I am a very nice person.. I love people and everytime I hear about somebody getting hurt or dying in a terrible way I actually get tears in my eyes.
