I Need Some Surprise Party Ideas...

I am throwing a surprise farewell party for a friend of mine in a couple of weeks at her house. One of our mutual friends will get her out of her house that day and while she is out her daughter (who is involved in the planning of course) will let the party in. I want to make it really special for her and have the party completely centered around her. We are going to play Laurie Jeopardy and I'm making a scrap book for her. What other ideas does anyone have to make this party extra special?
