Formally aressted

I was just wondering if anyone knows what happenes when you get formally aressted

anyone know
because in going to be "formally arested" on teusday and i want to know what will happen

Well I was formally arrested before, and it was...Well now that's a secret.

Well seeing as I live in U.K, I would wait for the police, where they would escort me to a holding cell, where after a few days, I would be given a lawyer...After that I will be questioned, while taped.

And then the court judical system starts to take over.

I would say to you, you better have family support and have a good lawyer.

I am not going to court
im onlt 15 im not even old enough to get a fine
i think im getting a note...that means if i do it again i will get a criminal record
but i was wondering what they do
do they ask you loads of questions or something??

Well actually if you did a serious offence, then you'll go to court and be sentenced to Jail...

No matter what age you are.
