Hair dye

I was just wondering if anyone has any advise about dying hair bloonde

im going to dye it tomorrow with L'Oreal Perfect Blonde Creme Highlight Kit i think, does anyone know if it is any good?
and i have strawberry blonde hair ..so should i dye it all instead of just bits??

Hrm. i dyed my hair hot pink.

but it turned it redder and then faded. =[

Omg, hot pink is the sexiest color ever XD !! It sucks that it faded.. I would have to cry =( I want at least hot pink highlights or tips in my hair.

I dyed my hair blonde.. First of all it didn't turn out as blonde as I wanted it and secondly it faded to a light brown quickly.. I just said screw it and I'm dying it back to brown soon.
