Ok the album im going to do is a double album!!

So the people who make the first round, will be asked to do the titles of the second album in the next round.

Again like my last contest the final 2 (maybe 3) will do a kind of poem off.

Here's One..

Behold A Lady.

Behold a lady
so fine and fare.
With elegance adrift,
and a heart too bare.

No finer thing
could roam this earth,
nor take a mans heart
for less than it's worth.

Burgundy and rose,
Oh, The colors of her dress!
Such silver and Gold,
she couldn't live for less..

Than perfection in each flaw,
and praising for each movement.
Behold a lady so fine and fare, that
only men would believe she's heaven sent.

God. [Need For Knowledge]

Perhaps this quest for knowledge
can give me better understanding,
of what was, is, and will be..
For, I'm lost in a dark sea
filled with monsters and beasts.

Perhaps this quest for knowledge
can give me better judgment.
I know I shouldn't judge at all,
for that's only God's call
filled with innocence and purity.

Perhaps this quest for knowledge
can give me better brains.
The one I have is fading away,
it's been gone since yesterday
leaving me oh so hopeless.

Perhaps this quest for knowledge
can give me better faith.
For, I've strayed to far from heaven..
and the faith I've believed since seven.
Maybe God can save me, just one more time.

For, this quest for knowledge
is taking a tole on all I have.
Filling my life with desperation,
and my body with such sensation..
that all I can feel is a need for knowledge.

The Love Below

She dances on top the crisp dollar bills,
Strutting her stuff on the tainted stage,
And she shows off her every curve,
For such a pathetic daily wage.

There's sweat beading across her brow,
And there's regret painted in her eyes,
But her high heels click across the stage,
As guys stare and pant at her thighs.

The music is blasted as she dances,
Ignoring the crowds needless coo's,
She takes herself to a better place,
Where the pleads turn into I do's -

[She can see herself in a wedding dress,
A milky smile painted on her plastic face,
And she's got a perfect man beside her,
Admiring her in the white pearls and lace.]

She snaps back to reality under the spotlight,
As the song ends and she walks away;
With tears in her shining almond eyes,
She forgets about the bills she's got to pay.

And she takes another man by the hand,
Late at night when she walks out the door,
Kicking off her black and tarnished stilettos,
Putting more ammo to the label of a whore.

Fogging up the windows in the backseat,
She forgets about her baby's face of snow,
And with another nameless stranger on top,
She searches just to find the love below.

My favorite things.

Selections among selections;
so many stereotypes.
oh, just like the produce isle
within the local grocery store.
So many, too many selections.
Can't you just tell me which one?
Can't you just give me answers?
Can't you, can't you just tell me?

Must I smell the smell
throughout each nostril
over and over each day?
Must I, Must I never forget
the way you were?
My favorite things,
they've all disappeared
along with the love shared.

Just tell me, just tell me.
Which one should I choose?
So many, too many selections.
How can I choose between
all of these stereotypes?
I don't think I can there's just
selections among selections;
so many stereotypes.

Reserve roses please

Roses

I lie on a bed of roses
The petals flying around me
I toss and turn unsure of this
The feel of these roses I will miss

The wind in my face soothes me
The scent of the rose eases me
The feeling of slumber runs deep
I drift away silently waiting for my sleep

I start losing focus my arms become weak
I start closing my eyes the view is so bleak.
The roses once red have shed all the light
And now as I turn they seem black as the night

I lie on a bed of roses because no one cares
And now I have done that which few ever dare
Now people surround me now people care
I jumped from the building, now my pain they all share.

Prototype

She stands on the runway; wearing barely nothing at all,
There's awes from the audience; boys and their cat calls,
And bones are sticking out from her figure; she's so thin,
Her eyes are blood shot red and her breath smells like gin.

Blond hair and eyes of green; a super model for the young,
But all her petty little words are slurring off of her tongue,
She stumbles in her black stilettos; looking like a fool,
And the image that the media makes of her can be so cruel.

Her face is pinned inside fashion magazines; on walls,
The image of her - inside your mind, Hollywood installs,
And she's the new prototype for all the twelve year old's,
As they sit at home wishing on the stars to be a centerfold.

Her walk of fame is almost over; she'll pass out backstage,
Selling her pin thin frame for hundreds over minimum wage,
So she stands on the runway; wearing barely nothing at all,
But it looks to me like Ms. Richie has finally taken the fall.

You've always had a touch of vanity,
The coolest kid of all humanity.
In your opinion, you're an all time star,
Yet the truth could not be more afar.

Obsessed with looks twenty-four seven;
Just being yourself is your idea of Heaven.
But boy, I've got some hard home-truths:
You're nothing more than the average youth.

My heart and soul; you are my world,
Yet our relationship has become a tad twirled.
What happened to the boy that I once knew?
The one who said "Beauty is inside of you."

Take off your cool, I don't want all that,
Stop treating me like a horrid doormat.
Hold me in your arms, we can lay beneath the sky,
Forget your looks and just be my guy.

Roses

One day,
The man she loved,
Finally recieved some news,
He was going back to Iraq.

She took the news hard,
They were just married,
A few months ago,
How will she cope?

She has some happy news,
It's risen her hopes a little bit,
But she knows its not stopping him,
They have a baby on the way.

The day he was taking off,
He went to the store,
He bought some flowers,
Eleven are real and one is fake.

The roses were hidden in the back,
He tells her to wait on the landing strip,
He watches his wife walk away to the landing strip,
Then grabs the roses.

As he's walking through the parking lot,
A man on the intercom clicks on and says,
"Those who are leaving today for Iraq,
We will give you ten minutes to say good-bye."

He starts running,
Wanting to talk and hug his wife,
Before he leaves,
Because this time it might be his last.

He sees her beside other wives, husbands and kids,
Who all are kissing their love one's good-bye,
He hands the roses over,
And places it in her hands.

"Keep the roses beside you,
Don't let them die out,
I will always love you,
Until the last one dies."

They held eachother for the rest of the five minutes,
As they soon to board the plane,
He leans in and whispers,
" I love you and our little baby."

" I'll keep the roses,
As long as I can,
My one wish is,
These two years will go by fast."

-One Year Later-

Their baby was born,
A healthy little boy,
She named him after his dad,
Micah Scott Reinfield Jr.

It was seven months later,
She got a phone call,
She recongnized the voice,
The voice of Micah's sargent.

"Mrs.Reinfield,
This is Sargent Nick Waters,
I'm sorry to inform you,
Micah Scott Reinfield has died,
While working for the service of the army."

Tears still streaked later that night,
As she sat in the rocking chair,
Holding her little boy,
And there sits one rose still living,
On Micah's baby dresser.

She remembers the words he whispered,
"Keep the roses beside you,
Don't let them die out,
I will always love you,
Until the last one dies."

He must've known he was going to go,
She could hear it in his voice when he called,
And he could see the tear streaked letters,
He's written for the past year.

For his funeral,
She bought some roses,
As she comes up to the casket,
Before he's buried in the ground.

She sets them down and whispers,
" I will always love you,
Until the last one dies,
I love you Micah."

*Dracula's Wedding*

A vampire's kiss
To take his bride,
And in life eternal
They will survive.
No choice in the matter
She lets tears fall
Hating her choice
To answer his call.
The roses are black,
The only other living things...
And soon she'll be dead too,
when the wedding bells ring.
