Hey people need some help with something

Umm yeah ive been on this site for awhile and i still dont have a pic now why is that...ive tried and tried but everytime it tells me it fails.. ive tried making my pictures as small as possible.. and also changing the file type but it always tells me error anyone know why??

Ok here is the solution. First thing is that make sure the file type is JPG or GIF. Open the picture in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Then go to edit picture and resize it so that its dimenson is 113 * 85. Then upload it. If it is the first time, i will work quickly and If you are changing the pic it will take about 24 hours.

I tried that.... like i said i made it small and also messed with the file types but it still has not let me o.o but i will try it again ok
