Different Anger Management Techniques

    Lately my sister has driven me up the wall. repeatedly. and on purpose. usually cooking is my outlet for anger, i get extremely mad at something or someone and end up cooking to get back into my natural rhythm. I cant cook tonight because my grandmother is doing it and i am so mad!!!!!

    this is not the first time ive gotten so mad, and i doubt itll be the last, so can anybody help me and suggest other ways to get rid of my anger besides self-harm (which i have considered but not done), hurting other people, and hitting doors and lockers really REALLY hard?

    Well, this might sound a little odd, but I like to knit when I'm mad. Especially, if you have never tried it before, and you have someone to teach you. Because, it is not really hard, there are just a few steps involved, and you have to think about the steps, so not it mess it up. It will keep your mind on the steps, and if you mess up a few times, it will only make you want to do it right all the more, and not leave you anytime to be mad. You probably will not want to do it, but it works for me.

    Usaully wen i get mad i just let it out... strait at the butt whole that ticked me off. I just yell till Im sick of yelling. but if ur grandma is there it might scare the crap out of her so u might just try this really cool grounding and centering thing. u just go to a quite place were ur sister wont bother u and but on some soft calming music and breath deeply in...hold...out... and so forth. and just imagane all of ur anger and negative energy leaving your body and your body oppsobing positive energy... it sounds kinda corny but it really works. She's probbibly just doing because she knows u cant do anything to her and she's not going to get in trouble for anything as long as ur grandma is there. untill then hold strong and try that tecnique.

    My teacher once suggested those . Thing is, I can't be nice to someone I'm mad at . Okay, more like I won't, cause I can , I just choose not to . It's just not possible, and when I did try that once -- The person punched me in the face for trying to be nice to them -.- Because when I'm nice, it's just not normal . And I don't feel empathy often for someone that I'm pissed at O-O Almost all my situations for getting pissed are the same -- And if that person doesn't feel empathy, I don't either . (:
    I tried screaming into a pillow . I lost my voice the next day (Okay, it was just raspy -.- BUt barely audible) . Screaming just doesn't work for me .

    ^ same here. the only thing that has worked for me so far is walking my dog and not talking to ANYBODY.

    Cry.
    sometimes, when im so angry i cant take it, i cry, and it drains my energy, and i sleep.
    better than breaking another persons arm.

    Food ... I don't want to work out more than I already have to T_T Besides, I only eat when I'm hungry xD I don't have a pet that lives out of water -.- And crying . I don't cry when I'm angry and only angry . I can't seem to . The last time I cried was when my bestie of five years turned his back on me for his girlfriend . I was pissed AND sad, but it made me more awake than ever O_O
