Should I ask him or wait or find someone new

I really REALLY like this guy we make out, talk on the phone for hours, flirt and so much more. He tells me I am his gurl and that he loves me and stuff like that but then when I asked him if we were going out he said " I don't know?, I geuss not" the next day he didn't come to school but when I got home my caller ID said that he had called so I called him back he said he call me later I figured he would because he always does but then he didn't. 2day he was online so I instant messanged him he said he had to go so I said okay but he is still online? He also told he's best friend that I asked him out when I didn't so I confronted him on that and he said he doesn't even have his friend's # I don't know what I should do! HELP PLEASE!!!

yeah you could be right when we are at school or near people he acts different but when it's me and him he is the sweetiest thing

Maybe you need to give him time to grow up! A similar thing happened to me and I asked him why at school he acts different and ignores me and he said he doesn't mean to, maybe you need to talk to him about it and see? But i think personally you should find some1 who deserves you!!
