Are you sure it's for a friend?
Umm...maybe see a pyshciatrist (sp)
Or try and be happier.
Learn to trust, but a little at a time.
Look at the bright side of things...you may think there is no bright side.
But be grateful.
Some people have it worst.
These problems will only make you stronger
& make you be a better father/mother for your children.
Never say your going to take your own life.
You will put many people through a lot of pain.
