if not, do NOT read the following!!!

I was walking down the stairs in my house this morning and i slipped. i hit my back on the remaining seven stairs. every single one of them. and i ended up standing against the wall... the ones behind me in my picture. it hurt so badly to walk, breathe, move, everything!!! THEN i went to school, i walked up and down other stairs all day, and auditioned for THREE choir solos, even though i couldnt breathe. i am unstoppable!!!

I feel fine now... im just really tense. but a heating pad helped a LOT... and so did sleeping in a bed instead of on the floor. =) if i was feeling the same way i felt yesterday i would have asked my mom to take me to the doctor, but its all good!

Lol that's awesome!.. I remember the time I broke my finger skateboarding. I didn't get it checked out until like.. 3 days later. I was in serious pain for those couple of days!.. Thought it was nothing.. was sooo surprised when I found out it was broken!.. lol
