I usually try to get it out by thinking of another song, but then that ones stuck in my head so i think of another one but then that ones stuck in my head .... and so on.

You should take painkillers for the pain. Tylenol works the best in my opinion.

Theres this stuff i used to use, called bonjela, not sure if you have it where you live, its a jell that tastes really yummy that you smear on your gum, and it numbs it for about 4 hours, really works to, until you eat then its all gone. i loved having my braces, i knew my teeth wld get better then, until after i month i had them off my wisdom teeth stated coming in and now my teeth are all messed up again =(
