Need essay ideas!!!

My stupid teacher is making us write an 1000 word essay, I know it's not a lot but Ive never written an essay before and I can't think of a topic, i've got a few. here they are
1 vampire lore
2 teens and poetry (young poets)
3 teenage depression

I have just over a week 'till its due.
