Maybe Bulimic?

I heard that one of my friends MIGHT be bulimic.
Im not actually suppossed to know and I dontnwant to get her friend in trouble but Ill feel really bad about myself if I dont tell anyone.
Bessides, what if its not true and I end up just making everybody angry with me, I know I maybe shoud tel someone, but it sounds too risky...

I would make sure first.
Mainly because anyone can say crap if they want.
Anyone can make up a story.
If you just automatically believe them, you may find out they were lying to you.

And you don't want to lose this persons friendship, So just find out the truth, somehow, anyway possible without spreading rumors, and having someone mad at you.
Its hard when you hear something from someone else cause either
1) their lying, and just trying to make you believe things.
-or-
2) their telling the truth, and now you have a bigger decision to make, wether your going to let your friend keep hurting herself that way, or wether your going to stay out of it so no one is mad at you.
But before you do anything, find out if its true.
There's nothing worse then rumors being spread.
