[ i found this somewhere and i thought it was sad and i can relate to it ]
a girl and boy, the best of friends
right from the beginning until the very end
he loves her but she doesn't know
he guides her through when she doesn't know where to go
she helped him through his drug addiction
they'd make up stories about science fiction
he made her laugh without even trying
then one day he told her he was dying
that was the day their world fell apart
the drugs and alcohol had damaged hes heart
at any given moment, his heart would just stop
so they spent their nights together upon a roof top
one night as they stared at the stars above
the boy held her close and confessed his love
he asked her to be his girlfriend until he died
they held each other tightly as they both cried
one week passed and the girl got a call
it was the boy's mum He got into a fight
he's in the hospital and badly hurt
doctors say he might not make it all all
she rushed to the hospital and entered the room
her heart quickly sank as her heart filled with gloom
staring at her best friend lying in the bed
the doctor came in and pronounced him dead
i held him tight and cried for so long
its still hard to believe that he's already gone
as i stood in the rain and looked at the sky
watching the dark clouds pass by
a single last tear had fallen from my eye
i said in a low whisper 'this isn't goodbye'
remember we'll always be together
from now until forever
