Misconception of Heaven

by Ian Robert   Apr 14, 2008

Tell me what its like to die while your still alive
I want to get inside you my envy shows
The glimmer in your eye still grows

Fear takes a hold of your dress
Caress his carcass what a mess
Your holy death leaves me blessed

Scalpel ready you shed tears
Hush darling the drugs have worn off
Scoff at the idea
Never leave in the back of a Black Maria

Skin cut into little pieces
My hunger for you increases
Encased in a reality so bright
Out of sight, our passion is impeccable

After this we will forever be one
Like the sky and our beloved sun
Sew the piece like mothers fabric
Prick the skin as tears start to drip

Carve our skin to bind us together
Crush dove skulls to collect our feathers
Brace the sting as I prick them in
Build up wings to fly for heaven

You see we can be Gods greatest creation
I must do this to earn our salvation
Now that our bodies are combined
We can find Eden and leave behind mankind

Wow. that's really disturbing, in the best way possible. I love the metaphors in here, and pretty much just the way you wrote it. :)
