The flower.

by Alex   Apr 15, 2008

I can't seem to take my eyes off you. Even if I could I wouldn't want to. The flower in the bush flows side to side, like the bee going in it to hide. We hug so tightly like ivy growing up a tree,
taking in the moment it's just you and me.
listening to the birds fly and churp overhead, as I sit and dream of the day we wed.
Smiling constantly, the feelings inside are just too much to hide.
You bend forward and pick up a pink flower, it's falling over like a pancake tower. You hand it to me so nice and gently, as I sit there so contently..
Something shines, I look down and see it so beautiful and devine. Knowing I'm about to hear those four little words, still hearing the birds all around, you say it. Will you marry me? excitement overflows me to the highest degree. I say it so watery eyed as I squeeze my dress.

Yes!

This is very touching from the beginning to the end. You managed to portray exceptional beauty that made me smile. Very captivating piece, filled with an amount of greatly expressed emotions.
Honestly, I don't like the description "it's falling over like a pancake tower', it somehow threw me off 9of course, that is just my personal opinion.)
All in all, this is very captivating and vivid piece.
    Keep writing!
