Gathering Moof-Flowers

by Cherimari2   Nov 11, 2009

Gathering moof-flowers
Harbingers of my dreams.
You wallow in my musings
You hunger in my screams.

Whispers...
As the early morning dews.
I have a wish to taste you
I wonder at your hues...

Are you seasons perennial?
Do you shrink upon the vine?
Will I?
Shall I?

Put black within your petals?
As blood runs in my veins...
For love no longer rules me,
I am going mad, insane.

Very well written. The use of the questions made this poem for me.

Very interesting poem. I truely enjoyed this read. How many things and questions do you think we roll through our minds each day?
    Good job!

You have voiced some of the same questions I often ask of myself and wonder if I am going crazy or insane. Well done.
