Wow! This poem is so beautiful! I loved reading every word - it was just such a delight to read. I loved the uniqueness of this poem, and the structure matched completely. I loved the metaphors and comparisons you've made - how you began with comparing 'you' to winter, and then this stanza blew me away:

If I could drink in the vanilla
of your neck, I would.
If I could watch the snowy sparkles
in your eyes, I would.
And kiss the frost from your lips,
