Im alive yet dead

Could this possibly be true?..
Could I be dead?
Living in my own little world..
Or is this all in my head..

Could this possibly be wrong?..
Could I be alive?
Fending for myself in this world..
Trying hard with one big strive..

I'm alone in this world..
Wondering what's fake, whats real..
My heart has been broke before..
And yet has time to heal..

Confusion seeps through my mind..
My broken heart is black..
Wondering if he's alive or dead..
For causing this heart attack..

Could he of killed me?
It seemed as if he took my life..
I feel like I am dead..
But yet i am alive..

Hurting so bad inside..
I try to stay awake..
Im alive yet i feel so dead..
But I've learned from my mistake..
