Black Hole

Scorned, beaten, betrayed..
Will these feelings ever fade?
I'm in a black hole..
My eyes a different shade...

This heart of mine feels so tight...
It's like I can't breathe..
Everything just isn't right..
I wish that I could leave..

Smiles slowly disappear..
Could this really be true?
I wish that it would reappear..
the way that it used too..

But time passes by..
And I begin to see..
That all these hard feelings..
is how it's meant to be..
