"The moment I have waited for"
    ^
    I have / I've been waiting for

"Your eyes(;) exactly as I remember,"
    remembered

"Upon instruction the rings are placed
    our fingers intertwined once again."

semi-colon and a comma would help.

    "Hearts reunited, departed lips rejoin"

    blissfullness -- blissfulness

This broke my heart though I know it's meant to be happy; you're happy and you know he is happy.
    It's really touching.

    One more suggestion though lol:
I wouldn't write that this was a "dream" in the end. It might be better to let the reader think. I'm not sure. Just a thought. Thanks for sharing this. I enjoyed reading it though I'm not a fan of love poems. Keep writing,

This is one breathtaking love poem.
From what I gather the soulmate has went
on to a better place watching over you
making sure that you are safe and sound.
    written with so much emotion

This is a mammoth write, i mean not o ly the length of the piece but the emotion contained in it is nothing short of inspiring, seriously saffie my favourite write from you, your word choice and flow were impeccable throughout, the imagery that is conjured up as i read just blew my mind away, i have honestly not the vocabulary or poetic prowess to tell you how much i love this write.

    Mind blowing job!
The flow (content) of the poem:"winter, summer, winter and ends in spring!"
Hope you understand what I mean to say!

I am speechless with this piece, can't relate if it could be viewed by paranoid eye, this seems to be a tragic love, but being optimistic, there's an undying hope, a continuity of a journey till finally the answer to a prayer is granted, even more superb and extra-ordinary, a heavenly wedding. Well done.
