Depression

You sent me into
The Darkness
Violently tormenting
Silently screaming

Bleeding in the dirty water
Surrounded by the memories
Cold fingers trembling
Painful music softly playing

In the Darkness
Searching for the brilliant yellow
The lost light that was once possessed
Only the horrid one can hand it back
But it's not worth the risk

Hard ground to rest upon
Insomnia filled world
For the nightmares are real here
Polluted air hard to breathe
Pictures of what could have been

Sound of the crack of a heart breaking
The ripping out of the very soul
Ending of what use to be
Constant raindrops on the head

Ugly hate
Dances that consist of sorrow
Movies full of hurt

Death waits
Feeding on the pain
And the thought of how things should be

Love ran from the heart
Threatening to destroy
Everything is gray here

In the Darkness there are no smiles
Here it is the past
So nothing is ever forgotten
