New Beginnings

A whole new life is right out that door,
Throw it open and slam it against the wall,
Spread those wings and baby let's soar,
I'll take you to a glorious place doll.

Take my hand and I will show...
Show you the better place,
A place where new beginnings grow,
Let us fly with the stars in space.

No more pain,
No more death,
No more lives lost in vain,
No more one last breath.

We are angels now,
Saved by our Heavenly Father,
Stand in front of Him and bow,
Don't even bother.

Yes he knows how you have sin,
Yes he knows what you have done,
Just know he will look at you and grin,
He will simply say there is no need to shun.

You are his daughter or son,
He has been there watching over you,
Now your life here is done,
Yes this is all true.

Here you begin your life,
Your life as someone new,
You can save people from Satan's knife,
Everyone can have a new beginning too.

    When somebody passes on we always say that they are at a better place now. Honestly I do think about a life after, a better life. Until then I am trying to live here on earth the best I can.

    I am not going to pretend I am Christian because I am not. But this message is beautiful and strong. I think in life when we have times of trail we all have or want a new start. I liked this for the fact that we can all start over in someway and we all have the ability too. That's in life. And I know this poem is about heaven. Which is supposed to be a very beautiful place. A place where there is no pain at all. Your wording here is very beautiful because the imagery you describe is perfect. But I think we can have this beauty on earth too. :) anyways. People think of death as a bad thing but is it really? People fear it because I don't think they truly live their lives and be happy. Anyways loved this poem!
