This is excellent and really got me thinking. I suppose if we are to face our demons, we have to do it full-heartedly and not be coward by what we may find. BUT, if they are too terrifying and we are not yet strong enough to battle them, well...
Ahh, Brenda, I love this. The 'beastie' terminology for little insects is nostalgic for me. My late gran used to call them this word and I love to hear it now.
Apart from gnats, I like beasties and believe they should be left alone. In fact leaving logs and stones in the garden for them to live is a good thing.
Well done, a nice job indeed.

Brenda this is a perfectly done acrostic so firstly well done on that.
1: I love the mysterious feel to this, the creeping around so as not to open up anything within your head because if you do then that will be all, the can of worms will not be able to close again and you are right once memories creep out there is no getting them back whether good or bad. I also like the ending that dares people to walk away from their thoughts because they will not help to move on from whatever they are thinking.
2: Yes, it may be good to bring out things once in awhile as they can help in the healing process but not when they are continuously brought up like wrong doings. The beast inside our heads should be kept these but all too often it creeps out too.
This is amazing...and mysterious! I love the way you began. The dark thoughts, moments...memories that we all come across are some things that cannot really be erased...and sometimes letting them out...can be relieving and destructive as well...
I really love this!
