A Place Of Self-Acceptance

by Lyra   Jun 2, 2017

A gentle soul, a butterfly
Wisps and floats right on by
Soundless, just a feel good sigh
In the warm breeze under the sky.

The grass is warm and I lay down
Even if I hold a frown
I won't have a meltdown
Because I'm in my true hometown

I dream of this day by day
A moment having all my way
No words, nothing to say
I'm silent and I stay

I'm light and so free-caring
No need for show or sharing
Heart on my sleeve I'm wearing
There's nothing that needs comparing

I plan on doing this everyday
Until I reach an allowing way
A normal state of okay
A pleasant time in May
