Hibernate to Recharge

by Golden AnGel Rhapsodist   Apr 2, 2026

hibernate when life turns cold and loud,
When people bruise my being, when the world feels unkind somehow.

I fold myself into silence, into paper, into ink,
Where broken moments soften every time I stop… and think.

I write about life, about people, about pain we never show,
About how to stand when storms arrive, and still keep hope to grow.

I write to face a world so sharp, so heavy with its hate,
To turn the dark into a light I patiently create.

Because I know deep down in me, beyond the scars I bear
Life must still be beautiful, even when it’s unfair.

And after every harrowing and breathless circumstance,
I rise again in quiet strength, and give my heart one more chance.

I hibernate, yes but only just to heal and start,
Then I return, with softer eyes and a braver heart.
