Why.....Did he?

Standing in the bedroom
with a rifle pointed to his
head wondering if he would
be better off alive or dead.

He only thought about his
so called bad life, not about
his loving caring wife.

He finally decide he wanted
to die so he started to write
down his last goodbye.

He said: I love you both and
I am doing this for you. I hope
you believe me for this is true.

He laid this note upon the
bed, took his last breath
and shot himself in the head.

His 16 year old son came
running into the room to
find his step-dad dead as
the clock struck noon.

He yelled for his mother she
soon came, as they heard the
ambulance sirens approached the lane.

He left this world and didn't tell anyone why, now everyone
wonders why he wanted to die.

~This didn't happened to me, but it did happened to my good friend
Nick. His step-dad killed himself
the day after Christmas. I wrote this poem to try to tell him I do understand. So please comment and vote it would mean a lot to us both. Thanxs so much!~
