Angels

A little girl on the street is pointing to the sky. "Look, an angel!" A passerby laughs, "You fool, that is only a cloud." How wonderful it is to see angels where there are only clouds. How sad it would be to see only clouds where there are angels. |

Really enjoyed the irony of this poem! great symbolic meaning! thanks by the way for having a look at some of my work, and sorry if i dont keep up to date on yours.. Im at a boarding school, and things are a little stressed, so as you may have noticed, i havnt published anything in quite a while, but try to keep up with the new poets :) Great piece though, hope to see more, best regards from Kane x
