Goodbye is the saddest word I'll ever know,
But now it's goodbye.
You were my friend,
But friends don't last forever.
So now it's goodbye,
Until we pass each other in the halls again.
But then,
There will be no hello.
No stopping to talk,
Since we're not friends anymore.
We'll pass each other,
Knowing each others secrets.
But at the same time,
We'll be total strangers.
